I was arguing with Steve (insane) about this because Steve said he didn't like avenger when I thought avengers was the better movie. Remember I'm a huge batman fan even have a tat of him so that's saying a lot about Rises

Larry is really and I mean Really misquoting or at least exaggerating what I said about The Avengers. I poked holes in the believability of things that happened in the movie because there is a lot. The argument was over who could poke more holes in the plot of the other movie. Larry thought it was such a huge deal that Robin knew who Batman was because they both were orphans and also Talia or however her name is spelled didn't kill him. What I actually said about the Avengers movie which has no where near the emotion or acting or production value or sound or picture quality and isn't as good of a standalone movie and won't win any awards for anything other than money made WAS its a great action movie with a bad plot. Its a movie that they made so fans can see their favorite comic book heroes kicking ass. Larry went on to say like an ass, Avengers was a FAR and I mean Far better movie than Batman and I could poke 10 times more holes in dark knight rises than in avengers, which is why I argued because nearly everything in avengers is bullshit, oh and ps Batman didn't fly away from a nuke hit batwing carried the nuke away while it was on auto-pilot dumbass.
Might I add as always you aren't getting anyone to support your opinion because your arguments are usually retarded and pointless.

Ok avenger was Better Because Nolan Set you up with 2 Movie that put Batman In the real world, TDK was a Masterpiece with very few Plot hole's where Not once in the Movie you think to your self WTF.

come on Batman would never stop being batman. So in the animated movie you love so much Batman stopped being Batman for 10 years? Oops! Brace lets him kick thru walls? Nope he kicked the wall and a chunk busted off of the wall because of a piece of metal on his FOOT not his knee. He had a broken back NOPE he slipped a disc and they popped it back into place. He was able to magically scale the wall without a brace OK so how would a giant bulky metal brace not limit his movement? A tv in the middle of the desert without electricity seriously? avengers was AMAZING, it let every character have the right amount of screentime and they all did fantastic jobs, it could have VERY easily turned into ironman and his sidekicks: the movie. but it didnt at all. batman was a let down because the entire series so far has just seemed to get better and better, but the last one was just SO good that there was no way this one could be better.. and it wasnt. so it felt like a huge let down. dont get me wrong, i thought it was good, the last one just set the bar so fucking high that there was no way this one could live up to that expectation

I read the graphic novel years ago , and all the heros were forced to retire and Bruce couldn't stand it and but kept active looking for that rush hence the race at the start of the movie. In rises Bruce becomes a recluse and all Emo

But in the dark knight rises everyone was hating on batman because they thought he killed harvey dent the hero and so he was forced to retire but you don't have a problem with that.
