I think it could help the board if it were used on the coerect manner.. Like if there were set timeframes that every one tried to go on it, once a week or so. Group chatting helps familiarize people better with others they don't know as well and the more comfortable we all are with each other or the better we know one and other the more concerned we are about what everyone else has to say or is thinking about a piticular subject
