I have one cat that's sort of an outside cat; he comes and goes a lot. I hate it, but it's pretty much impossible to keep him in. I try really hard, but he'll come streaking through the house from wherever he was as soon as he hears you pick up your keys to leave, and he's out before you can catch him. :(
