when i quit i used gum. like, not nicotine gum, but regular gum. anytime i had a craving for a smoke i chewed gum. but watching that video made me want a smoke. even now the craving still hits and i haven't smoked in like 3yrs.

I switched to e-cigs. and not the shitty versions you get at the gas station, but a real tank/battery/yummy nicotine juice combo. Fucking works. Any time I smell real cigarettes now it grosses me out.
