dam i got fat

so last time i wayed myself was about 8 months ago i wayed 230
6 foot tall so i got a decent belly i went to the doctor yesterday O.O i way 270 pounds now WTF ive been looking for a job but its hard with 3 felonys so ive been sitting on my ass eating today is day one of my diet for real i dont want to be skinny i just want to be my old fat again i think as a lil project and a way to keep track i will post weekly my weigt in this thread until i reach 230

Dirtymonkey lost a lot of wieght in the last few months by limiting his amount of pop and coffee and running everyday. He's down to 206 I think.

Soda is definitely a killer, but coffee has like 5 calories and speed up your metabolism (whatever that means). But def get into running.

I was 230 last year when i was laid off.Since being back on the job I'm back to 200 again. My goal is 180..but i don't see it happening too soon.

My biggest problem is i work second shift and i come home at 11:00pm and start eating dinner then bed by 1am. I'm not doing anything to get rid of some of my dinner before bedtime. I tried to eat at work then not eat anything when i come home,it just doesn't work out that way for me.I get home and I'm hungry again.


Avoid fast food joints and soda/pop as much as possible.Those were the biggest factors in me dropping down to 200 from 230 again. Plus my acid reflux has been acting up again,so I should be avoid them any how.

its not the coffee its the cream and sugar you add to it. that stuff is pure carbs and Larry and I both add a lot to our coffee.

coffe has no cals its the creamers and shit so i stoped drinking pop and i use splenda instead of sugar and i jog a 2-3 times a week
