! get these loser geek squad guys call in all the time trying to get us to do all the work for them, like setting up accounts and adding in all the devices. Regardless this dude called in earlier with a remote that isn't available for another month and he was trying to switch accounts. Two things sucked for him, first being with the new remotes you have to rebuild to account. Second, ! wasn't gonna help him because they are selling our shit early. On top of that ! got him pretty scared, ! told him that ! had to escalate the cast to corporate since he told me he was setting up a remote that was not available for purchase yet. fuck best buy, and all geek squad members can lick my balls steady....
