I notice it says "with exceptions"........And if you read further down it also says any country that's fool enough to mess with us could potential make a major mistake.We are and have one of the top military in the world,I highly doubt us stopping nuclear weapons will hurt us or set us back by much.
One other thing...the Government lies A LOT.....so don't believe everything you hear or read.
