What do you think of - Midgetfuxer - 12-06-2009
The 2008 Dodge Caliber SE.... my neon took a dump on me and I do not feel safe driving it so I went car hunting yesterday and this is what I seen and fell in love with it but I don't know much about cars so I'd like some in put. The sticker price was 11995 and I got him down to 9995 with my crappy trade in.. I just need to take the neon to him and get the call back from the banks cus they were closed today but hopefully I can get it and the good thing is my payment is like 215 a mo for 5yrs but we are gonna put a few grand on it when we get taxes back. Ain't much we can buy over here right now.Personally I'd go with a Ford.Best choice we have right now for our budget....but it isn't my choice,i rather her pick the car she wants.
The car she wants is a compact family car.It's getting good reviews from everybody who owns one,but mixed reviews from the editors who seem to favor "sporty" cars.I don't take editor's reviews seriously unless I have the same opinions.We don't need a sporty car,just a family car to get around in and will last for 10 years.
There is one Dodge Caliber model we are staying away from though,I forget which one..but they are having problems with that model.
I'd wish we could get the Chevy Equinox...but it's out of our price range right now. :(
