Cletus Agwu confessed to the police that his motive for raping the 3 year-old girl who he said lived in the same compound with him was to cure himself of HIV. He told the police that a witch doctor told him that having sex with a girl not more than thee years old will cure him permanently.
According to Benue State Commissioner of Police Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed, medical tests carried out on the victim at the North Bank General Hospital in Makurdi confirm that she has been infected with HIV.

This is common in Africa where stupid people (nigs) think that HIV can be cured by sex with a virgin.
There are many rapes with this as motive.
It is also common to believe that AIDS is not spread is you wash your penis straight after.

Yeah, that's awful, but it's pretty common-place. People there don't want to use condoms, for whatever reason, religious usually (I call it outright ignorance), and a lot of men really do believe that having sex with a virgin will cure them, which is really tragic.

shit whats even more wierd is we have some counties in alabama that dont sell alcohol at all.. not even beer. im not sure if places up north do that but i know just two states west in louisiana they have fuckin drive thru liquor stores that will sell you drinks already mixed.

Speaking of alcohol,Dallas,TX. did that....where i used to live it was illegal to sell in "oak cliff county".It was easier to get drugs than it was to get alcohol.There was much more car accidents related to alcohol,because when you ran out you had to drive a few miles to get it.
Where as here you can just walk a mile or less either way and get it. I've seen one or two guys on bicycles drunk as hell going on a beer run.I honestly don't have a problem with it...because if they hit somebody chances of that person getting killed is pretty much none.He's just gotta hope no cars hit him....agagagaga

Grocery stores can make deliveries, so I don't know why that's really illegal unless you were taking it to underage kids or something, it's not illegal to buy beer.

Thats the thing, how would they know who I'm delivering it to? I want to deliver like mostly beer/ciggerettes/munchies and make a legit business out of it but I havent really looked 100% into it to see if I could, I'm just doubting it.
