If you want to have gender reassignment surgery, you need to wait until you go through puberty and make sure that that's what you really want. Doctors here won't do the surgery unless the client goes through a very long process of therapy and has lived as the desired gender for at least a year, or some length of time similar. I mean, hell, when I was 9, I'd dress like a boy sometimes, playing pretend, but that doesn't mean I was old enough to have surgery.
