i went to court wednesday for my d.u.i. trial and it got thrown out because the cop wrote the ticket wrong HAHAHAHA the judge was so fuckin pissed.

hell yeah i already celebrated because i took the money i had for court costs and bought tequilla with it. half a gallon of jose! i wish i could have taken a picture of the judges face when the d.a. said they had to throw it out! it was fuckin priceless

heh awesome man. i was thinking about throwing a fuck the police party as soon as i get more money!
the cop circled the wrong thing on the ticket. instead of d.u.i. he circled unable to operate my vehicle.. which they couldnt prove so it gets thrown out in a year after i take a couple d.u.i. classes. no fine no probation and i have a clean driving record again.

i thought i was gonna be fucked because everyone else with a d.u.i. got the max penalty 1500 dollar fine 90 days in jail a year of formal probation d.u.i. classes and a victim impact panel.. lmao
