notice my absense(sp?) - Enigma - 08-10-2009
well, before i'd been logging on with my sidekick. however, about a month ago, my beautiful, wonderful, lovely 1y/o daughter decided that my phone needed to take a bath, so she placed it in the dog water bowl. it was ruined and i've pretty much been without use of the internet since. i apologize for my disappearance, but i'm sure no one missed me anyway. lol. maybe now that i've got a lap top i can upload an av or sig. depends on if i've got the time and patience for it. :) anyhow, it's good to be back. :)

it's a compaq presario 2200. my good jewish friend's son bought himself a new one cuz he thought this was running to slow so her husband cleaned it out, all files and stuff and they gave it to me. works fine for me. lol. a slow computer is better than no computer. :) and it's not slow at all...he prolly just had too much stuff on it.

! can use the internet from my phone on there, then ! hooked my tv to my tv tuner on my pc and ! can watch tv on my netbook with my signal or wifi... it's g shit...

I was looking at a pink eee.
I was thinking that Asus makes killer motherboards so it may be a good brand.
How long have you had it and have you had any real probs?

!'ve had it since march and it runs awesome on it... not sure how good with windows because ! use Ubuntu, but !!'m sure is about the same.

pretty good, the only thing that's a bummer about that one is the battery. ! have a 6-cell and ! get about 5-6 hours. the 3-cell will get you like 2.5... if you look around you can get the same model w/ a 6-cell for the same price...
