Actually i use twitter for finding deals. You can find stuff online for 20%-50% off for that day.
It's the only thing i use it for.

Well some of the online/retail stores put up deals on there.
So there really isn't much reading involved.

Although news does travel faster through twitter then the media. So it has that working for it also.
