I just got this pic through an e-mail about an hour ago, It seems that some top secret lab is bio engineering alien babies for use as test subjects.
Locked inside incubation chambers they are fed by a series of tubes.
These engineered babies are predicted to have telepathic powers while being able to build and construct complex systems far ahead of our own technology and integrate it.
