Since January, had some health issues that forced me to finally try to kick the habit. Couldn't do it altogether, but i have switched successfully to e-cigs. Started with the crappy ones you see in drug stores, the ones that look like cigs. Now I use this [Image: ego-t_kit_3.jpg]

and various flavors of juice/e-liquid. Tons of flavors, and it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy fucking cheaper than cigs.
Vaping is awesome, for me. The verdict is still out on whether it's actually healthier, but I know it's pretty awesome to not stink like asstray ass all the time. Vaping some blackberry flavored nicotine juice right now.

not quite.
It's water vapor, so not quite the same throat hit.
cravings wise though, it totally works. It satisfies the oral fixation and nicotine fits.
