So I just got a promotion on the midnight shift to teamleader and I already knew I was going to be fucked over but they just hit a new low.
The stores been hiring people left and right but the Other teamlead whos from the day shift has been scheduling every one full time and after the last 2 months the head manager just found out .
So on monday management went through and cut the schedule to were people have 1 maybe 2 days and today I come in and Im the only person on the schedule besides the other TL thats training me

Its the store its self we've had managers transfer her and leave because of the BS , we have one new manager thats just dumbfounded by things that are getting done

I've already started to , one of the managers even said stuffs already improving since I started taking charge , it just suck because this BS is a big set back to things I wanted to do .
It fucking kills me that the guy who was doing the schedules keeps being bad at his job never gets in trouble.

my boss can be a raging cunt sometimes, but she literally pays herself less than the lowest paying worker, just so she can keep the place open. SHe just throws a little money into her retirement account every year. She has owned the place for 15 years, and has never been able to take a real salary. Not only is she the owner, she is the head vet and does the most work. That kind of sacrifice is one of the reasons I have been there for 12 years.

im a senior sales rep at the largest victoria secret in the state.. so .. bras/panties/lingerie/perfume. it sounds dumb, but that shit is expensive and its like i get stuff every week. its excellent. dont even care if im single.
