I have to be awake at 430(45) and my brain will not stfu. Not sure why but it decided to be a dick today. Sometimes I wish I could strangle my brain, just to get a little piece and quiet. Fml.

It didn't work. My roommate made me take a benadryl. That helped me sleep. But I wound up only getting 3hrs broken sleep. I was weird and loopy at work all day.
