first thing !'m gonna do is put a nice size storage container out there. From there, !'m gonna get some solar generators and a gas generator and start prepping the land for crops. Once that is good I'm gonna get something setup as a living quarters and move out there and hopefully retire.

There will be when !'m done. The good thing about Heber, AZ (Where the property is) is that it doesn't get as hot as the valley. It only get's to about 85 in summer and 40 in the winter. !'m gonna go up there in a few weeks and plant some apple trees and some larger trees that should be good shade within 3-4 years.

Congrats! Property is always a wise investment. I'll admit I had to look that place up due to lack of knowledge of AZ. Kinda remote? The shit though you aren't too far from Tonto National Forest which would be the tit's to see, let alone live by and still close enough to hit up 3 larger metropolitan areas if you choose to. My squadron in the Air Force moved from Keesler, Biloxi, MS to Davis Monthan, Tucson, AZ but that was right after I transferred back home to Kentucky and left active duty for the Air National Guard. Kinda wish I had went with them for at least a year just to see shit out there but oh well, I wanted to go to college full time instead of just taking a class or two like I had to while active. Yeah, yeah I know. TMI! Anyway, again congrats! Enjoy it and have fun setting it up to your desires.
