Love what I do and I think I'm damn good at it. A good percentage of my co-workers and vets get on my nerves, but you'll have that in a 99.9% female(and one old gay guy) small business. My completely batshit but well meaning, slave driver of a boss doesn't ride my ass anymore, does to others, so I think I'm doing pretty well.
