Steve Austin is a texan who likes his beer and likes his outlaw music. Although he is now a big name in the action movie world. Austin's career and dream of wrestling began at a young age training under the guidence of "Gentleman" Chris Adams. He adopted the name "Stunning" Steve Austin and worked the indies in Texas before being called up to World Championship Wrestling where he had 2 runs as the US Champion as part of the Dangerous Alliance. He also would hold both the WCW and NWA tag belts as one half of the Hollywood Blondes alongside Brian Pillman. After his run in WCW he went to ECW where he sought after the ECW Championship which lead to a fued with both The Sandman and Mikey Whipwreck. Austin's runs towards the title both ended in a loss and he found his way to the WWF where he would finally make his breakthrough as a superstar starting with his 1996 King Of The Ring tournament victory. Austin would get 4 runs as WWF Tag champ as well as 2 runs with the Intercontinental Championship and 7 runs as the WWF Champion. Austin would retire as a wrestler in 2003 following a loss to The Rock at Wrestlemania 19. Austin would remain on TV as the Co-General Manager of Raw alongside Eric Bisshoff. Austin would go from wrestling to Hollywood following in the footsteps of The Rock and Hulk Hogan. In 2009 Austin was inducted into the WWE hall of fame.
