It's what I'm doing. I just found out Richard Simmons has all the videos up on youtube. So that's how Ima do it. I know someone who's done it and has great results from it so far. That's more than enough motivation to do it. Straight face or not. That shit works as far as I heard.

I plan on changing my eating habits 2. I love veggies so I'm gonna go for a 50/50 thing. half carnivore half vegan. Switch to organic fruits, veggies, and meats. I'm gonna stick to this one. I need to man. Seriously man. I need to.

I've never heard of ddp yoga, I did a quick search tho. Is it essentially just cardio yoga?
I was working on getting certified in iyengar yoga a while back, got sidetracked cause of life lol. But it's still on my list of shit to do, that's been my favorite yoga style al far since its so technical. I might be bias since my knee is fucked up and I take comfort in proper form nazi's. Haha

It's a mix of yoga, cardio, and calisthenics. They also use some of the conditioning that pro wrestlers use to prepare their bodies for intense shock.
It also comes with 3 diet plans. A serious one that's dairy and gluten free, a mild one that's fairly strict, and a simple one that basically says, "Don't eat this shit, eat this instead, ya fat ass."
