join a gym...or start smaller, and walk around the block, then around the hood, etc.. make it a daily habit to challenge yourself, and take baby steps towards a goal. You say it doesn't bother you, but obviously it does or you wouldn't be posting about it.

walking is the shit, get some headphones and go out on adventures. find new activities as well, it's amazing the changes you'll see in your body when you do something other than sit in front of a computer all day.

I was 235 a year and.a half ago an right now I'm about 205 but I've got down to 195. It's a lot of hard work and habit changes to lose the weight. I used to drink a 2 liter a day now I very rarely drink pop at all.
Fuck the gym work out at home for a month str8 then join the gym. I'm doing UFC champ Gsp's program rush fit. Or go buy a punching bag that's how I started just do rounds on it like 3. 5 min rnds punchs and kicks with sprawls in between

im poreaty fat myself i was down at about 205 2 years ago I'm 6'1"
now I'm sitting at like 265+

its all about what you eat bro. weight loss is like 80% diet and 20% exercise or some shit. if you don't exercise on a regular basis as is, or are skeptical you'll be able to leave the computer, start with changing what you eat since you're already eating everyday. that'd be a good start.

and walking is the shit.
