The difference is MJ is the King of Pop. He changed the way pop music was going and he was the first black musician to be played on MTV. Big deal people.
I liked him when he was... black. Played the SHIT out of the Thriller album when I was a kid and had like folders of MJ in my trapper keeper. Dressed up as a Thriller zombie too for Halloween once. However, ever since he fucking turned white... no.
Kind of ironic how he was a germophobe, covering his mouth up with respirator masks and wearing gloves, yet he died at the age of 50. He had a huge comeback tour scheduled for next month too. :(
