I'm sorry you feel that way. impermanence is a part of life, this can be viewed in both a negative and positive light. Though losing loved ones is hard for those who survive them, I like to think of the good times that were had thought their time. old photos or gifts can be inspirational at times. Perhaps there are some philosophies of hers or perspectives/outlooks on life that she's shown you over the years that you can hold an embrace to survive, honor, and remember remember her by when her time does come.
Until then, I'd spend as much time w her as I could... Like everyone else said. maybe see if there's anything she wants that you could bring her.

When my grandpa died of cancer it was really bad times. though I could intellectualize everything that was going on, I had to take time to accept it and just be sad for a while.

Don't actually stand there n say goodbye. Just spend time with her.
She doesn't want you being all about "your going to die" try give her a lil happiness and love. Not misery.
Nobody wants to go out like that.
