Did you know that you can miss up to 20% of plaque by hand brushing your teeth? Often time the most plaque can be found in between your teeth, which is why its very important to remember before you goto bed that you make sure you floss each and every night. If you fail to floss that plaque that you missed may cause more serious issues such as cavaties, as well as the gum disease known as gingervitus. Also don't use mouth washes as a substitute for flossing. While the mouth wash may eliminate bacteria in your mouth, it does not remove the plaque from in between your teeth..so guys, i urge you this early early morning..please remember to floss. Because together can we continue the full frontal attack..on tooth decay, thanks guys..
