well i got a greendot card threw the turbo tax BS and it pretty good so far but at the same time if you read the terms theres shit like a fee if you dont use it like 30 times in a month

yeah,I imagine there would still be fees and stuff.
Just read those terms carefully....They are all out to fuck and screw you out of some kind of money.You just have to find the lesser evil of those companies.
Personally me...I just use a Bank and we have debit cards.

! love how the govt had no problem handing the banks millions, but when it comes to extending benifits for the people that paid that bail out they block it.
