PLZ fix the board, something about opening up threads is broken but the rest works fine.

! know what the problem is, it's the shitty SQL server that powweb uses, and it's slow opening the threads because it has so much info on the SQL server compared to the hosting server... when ! switch servers the problem will be fixed...
