a crash helmet is meant to be functional, not to look like some super hero, And I bet some of those visors would be illegal to use anyway.

those paint jobs are strategically done to allow the rider the ability to see while also looking awesome. notice how there appears to be holes in some of the paint jobs, that's because, the closer a hole is to your face, the easier you can see through it. the helmets wouldn't have been made if they weren't able to be seen through. so, point of fact, they are legal and they are awesome, stop being a stick in the mud.

I have a friend who motor cross has one of those.You'd be surprise how well you can see through those.
