Cicada.I took this outside 3 days ago.Was 3" long and 1" wide. Much bigger than your average house fly.

i'm getting one, just not like, tomorrow. they're around $150 a piece, and i would want to buy two of them so that they don't get lonely. and word @ how noisy cicadas are. we have them around here and i hate them. they're gross and big.

i laughed hysterically at the sloth. i don't know why. probably cuz he was just chillin in the middle of the road. he was like, "dude, what's up?" then got runned over. lol.
i've heard that sugar gliders are fun to have, except for when you're trying to sleep at night cuz they're nocturnal animals. they'll wanna come out and play. if they're in a cage they'll make as much noise as they possibly can.
a cicada scared the crap outta me last summer. i thought it was just the exoskeleton(sp?) and i tapped it with my toe to find out and it made it's scary loud noise and flew into my face, then flew away.

yeah they glide. and they're supposed to be incredibly friendly and nice. from what i've heard, you should get two if at all possible, because they're very sociable.

i'd be afraid my cat would eat the little guy. but my cat's huge. he's bigger than a lhasa apso. i hate those dogs. and my cat is always hungry. he's never killed a living mammal before, that i know of, but i'd still be afraid for Rocky's life if i got one.
