Free Magic BootsThere are two free pairs of magic boots in worn but decent condition at the bus stop at the SE corner of Rural and Apache in Tempe. I put them out there this morning thinking some unfortunate soul seeking shelter from the heat would see them in the bus stop shade and happily put them on. Maybe bring a little magic into their day. "Free boots!" they'd shout and then they'd realize that they're magical boots, like the ones the Elves brought the shoemaker. Maybe these boots can carry you off to a land far away and erase all your sorrows.

One pair is a magical pair of black Skechers that kicked a lot of holes in walls and made a general disturbance wherever they went. These boots are magical in that they will (when combined with liquor) turn you into a one man wrecking crew with little to no input or thought on your part. At the end of the night they will walk seemingly on their own, trying to find the way home and never even get tired.

The brown pair is also magic but its skills are not as fun. The way the laces are set up they end with little clips instead of proper holes at the very top.What this means is that the loops will invariably catch in them and send you sprawling. Pure magic, I tell you.

Come and get them before they're gone, or walk off by themselves.
