my brother gets unemployment and wants to know when money is suposed to get deposited
he called in wednesday and it told him monday
are we talking like 12:01a monday or later in the day?

Depends when they feel like it, sometimes right away, and sometimes whenever they want....

I have to call every other Tuesday between 3pm-4pm...My check usually goes into the bank(direct deposit) by Thursday midnight.If i miss that Tuesday 3-4pm time My check doesn't get in the bank till Monday at noon.
So i have no idea about your brother.Looks like his is different than mine.
