seriously I found Taking vitamin D3 first thing in the AM helps you shake the grogginess,
I started taking vit D3 since i work overnight and found out vitamin D stops the production of melatonin in the Brain , Make's sense since your main source of Vit D3 is from the sun and your brain produces Melitonin to help you sleep

I'll look into it. My biggest hurdle with that though is just takening them daily. I'm awful when it comes to getting into routines... Bought Multivitamin gummies and some magnesium pills a couple months back to see if they would help any, and they did, until i just forgot to take them one day. That day turned into a month or 2 and I'm just now trying to temind myself to take them daily again.

what helps me is leaving them out next to stuff like the coffee maker my wife hates it and say who the fuck does that ,but Im a out of site out of mind kind of person lile I leave my deodorant on my dresser.

I always feel like people make up rules how to keep stuff and places to put things but sometimes it hurts us because everyone is different

Point of my ramble was sometimes you need to trick yourself into a habit

That's pretty smart, working it into the routines you already have so it becomes incorporated. I'll def try that approach, thank you for the tip
