I've tried everything and called their tech support and still fucking can't connect to the damn network and its been pissing me off for a week
I know one of you on here can help me out before i burn this fucking thing

Yeah, because I had to do that shit to somebody. You can go into your wireless router and see what devices are using it. Then you can ban any of said devices.

have you tried using the web browser on the ps3 to see if any sites load?
have you tried to connect to any other wifi spots?
maybe they have a shit set up for their router and wifi. my cousin had unnecessary routers and for some reason it wouldnt load the psn unless everything was unplugged and plugged back in.
