I've only heard a handful of mixes from bass nectar and even fewer from encanti. Have any that you'd recommend checking out?
Theres also some stuff by Distance thats.... interesting. Its got an old school feel to it, and the drops that seem to be so popular right now aren't really there, its less bassy overall. But theres a song called cyclops thats kind of creepy almost, its like it pulls you in and its just kind of odd, almost makes my skin crawl. idk how to describe it. haha

I'm musically shallow; I'm the first to admit this. Yes, I'm comfortable with it.

I feel like EDM is just an excuse for teenagers to gather and drop ex. I just can't see the appeal of this genre.

Haha, I dig your honesty. Most of what I've heard I couldn't get into, the distance thing I mentioned was so weird and different that I think the uniqueness was enticing to me.
As for the draw to zeds dead, Omar linx did some songs w them and so listening to just their mixes was okay by me. Bar 9 has some mixes w piano and some bass, solo piano is a guilty pleasure and I thought it was neat w some bass.

I married an old jaded kandi kid dj, so there is little we can meet up on, I mostly like dudes who actually PLAY THE FUCK out of the decks, shadow, scratch perverts, etc.
