i pulled on my phone while it was plugged into the wall and the charge port broke
there sending me a new phone for free
all over the phone didn't ask me to bring it in to verify water damage or anything i feel like im treated alot better with Verizon

ehh i had they were honestly super legit outside but inside buildings there signal sucks the balls any building that is made of brick its actually a limitation of the gsm network the frequencies it uses has poor building penetration
