I just spent three hours after work trying to figure out a critical issue only to find out that there is no issue at all and was caused by a server outage this week. The best part of this whole thing is I ended up looking through the senior techs tickets that were all closed due to the fact that the servers that weren't working properly were replaced. The guys that couldn't figure this out make between four and five times what I make.
