when ! worked at AT&T people would call in because their internet didn't work, more then half the time they had the internet line in the phone line and vice versa, and every time ! told them to check, they would be like "Oh, you're right, the phone line is in the in..... *click*" because they pull out the fuckin' phone line they are talking on.
