i hope they make it, they're nice guys, that made some bad decisions, but everybody deserves another chance, unless they've killed or raped someone. i think if they can make it out there and find a job, he'll have a better chance of making something out of his life than in mi.

Yeah, I've never been there, but from what I've heard, there's nothing there. I don't know if I agree with running from a sentence, but, the sentence seems harsh for the crime. They can't catch burglars, rapists, and murderers, so they punish the little guys with petty offenses to the fullest. I don't know how much I believe in intuition, but I honestly feel that if they can make it there, they'll be okay, and Pat's life, at least, will be better. I don't think he was ever very happy in MI.
