One of my agents thought we had 15 minutes. She must have worked at the same place. I've told her it's 5 minutes and she was 30 minutes late on Tuesday after I had jumped through hoops to get her off on Monday. I was pissed.

We've got a 7 minute leeway. So you can click in at 707 and still not be late. It also works for breaks, so if you time it right, you can take a 27 minute long 15 minute break, and a 42 minute long 30 minute lunch

I have too much responsibility and shit to do to clock in in the morning late. On slow days I take 70 minute lunches, busy days I get no break at all sometimes, so it all evens out.
